SERVICETAX.NET is managed by a team headed by Mr. Atul Kumar Gupta who is having an experience of more than 12 years in the field of Service Tax apart from having a very strong academic background in terms of being a Cost Accountant, Chartered Accountant, CIQA & PGDEMM.  

He is a member of All India Management Association, Delhi Management Association, Institute of Internal Auditors (Delhi) and Regional Advisory Committee of Central Board of Excise and Custom. 

He was a Member of Special Task Force on Service Tax formed by of ASSOCHAM for 2006 to 2006. 

Mr. Gupta has also authored an exclusive Ready Reckoner on Service Tax and Comprehensive Guide on Service Tax, Handbooks on CENVAT Credit Rules 2004 and on E-TDS.

He remained Chairman of Northern Indian Regional Council of Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India (2005-06) and for Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2010-11) and delivered lectures on Service Tax on various forums of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI), Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) and Seminars and workshops organised by other Associations Corporate Programs
